I'm 65 years old and I've been going to the gym since I was a teenager. So the gym is a very familiar environment for me. Last year I was getting bored doing the same old routine so ask Joe to give me a few sessions for a bit of inspiration. I didn't want a lot of personal training and Joe was happy to give me a 4 session booster. I also had the agenda of losing a bit of weight because I was about 8 kilograms over my target weight. Joe radically altered my fitness program introducing me to equipment I should away from. I was gaining strength and muscle tone almost daily it seemed. Joe also got me monitoring my calorie intake so that I was able to lose about 4 kilograms in 3 weeks effortlessly. Joe has a very personable style. he's a great listener and he's able to fully appreciate where you are at with your physical health and fitness and take you to where you want to go.

Having Joe as a personal trainer really helped me turn a corner on my attitude and approach to my fitness gold from our very first session he brought challenges with a smile which kept me motivated to push harder and help me to achieve more than I thought was possible given my previous attempts with fitness in the past it's clear he was passionate about seeing me move towards and even in some instances surpassing my own goals. He expresses this passion by helping to design a specific program and helping me tweak, change, adapt this program.
